Our house rules
- Admission is restricted to persons over the age of 18 and you must always be able to show a valid ID.
- Do not bring alcoholic beverages.
- Weapons or other objects that can be used as weapons are not allowed.
- No trade in and/or possession of stolen goods
- No possession of more than 5 grams of soft drugs.
- All forms of aggression, annoying or offensive behaviour, cultural, racial or sexual discrimination, sexual harassment and any other form of sexual violence are not tolerated.
- The trade in and use of hard drugs is prohibited.
- We may choose not to sell soft drugs to visitors who are under the influence.
- The coffee shop uses camera surveillance. Persons entering the coffeeshop agree that video recordings are made which, after disturbances or accidents, may be made available to third parties.
- The coffee shop is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to clothing or goods.
- Complaints and disagreements are resolved by our staff. If you do not agree with something, please report this to a staff member. The instructions of our staff must be followed at all times.
- Visitors may be asked to show the contents of their bags and pockets. If they refuse to do so, it will be assumed that they are breaking one of the house rules and the police will be informed.
- If you violate the house rules, you may be removed and, if necessary, a report will be made to the police
Rules of conduct
- No double parking in front of the coffee shop.
- No parking against traffic.
- Noise nuisance in the form of music or other loud behaviour is not allowed.
- Blocking the pavement with bicycles and scooters is not permitted.
- Any form of annoying and/or nuisance-causing behaviour, such as gathering together, is not allowed.
- Do not throw rubbish on the street.
- In the event of breach of the rules of conduct, access to the coffee shop will be refused for a period to be determined at the time.
- Be mindful of the neighbours.
